Quality Assurance is not an afterthought - we incorporate two key quality processes into every project we undertake. First, we consider "Fitness for Purpose" and work with our customers to mutually agree on standards and expectations for key deliverables. Secondly, we believe in "Right First Time" and incorporate internal review and sign-off on deliverables prior to presentation to the customer. The time it takes to agree on what is to be produced and to check to ensure that the service product meets expectations is factored into timelines.
In the event that Quality Assurance fails, or some other problem arises, we use the 5 Why's Methodology to get to the root cause of the problem. Simple, but effective, this process allows us to quickly identify where things have gone awry and work with our customers to come to agreement on how best to remediate the situation.
